This is madness at its peak.

I know you want it, Dora said smiling.. stop shouting and come here.

Mommy!! Mom! 

she tries kissing Jerry who pushed her and ran away to his room.

Come here Jerry, Jerry?

This boy is disobedient, I will treat your nonchalant attitude later.

What is a simple kiss that you cannot give your beautiful mother

She tried to get up but fell on the floor and dozed off there.

Early in the morning, she woke up and found herself sleeping on the floor.

What I’m I doing on the floor? Eh?

Oh my gosh…headaches, my head is pounding so badly.

Wait o, Jerry did not help me to the room?

This boy left his mother on the cold floor and went to bed.

Haa!! 

Jerry! Jerry!!

She kept shouting his name but no response, so she carried her stuff to the room. 

After freshening up she went straight to Jerry’s room to knock.

Jerry…baby?

It's Saturday morning. 

Stop calling me baby, I am a full-grown man. I’m no longer a child. Jerry yelled from the room

Haba? When did that one start?

Dorothy left for the kitchen to prepare breakfast. 

She started boiling some water, breaking eggs, and slicing some onions.

Her phone started to ring from the living room and she went to pick it up.

Hello Ada

I’m fine o my sister, true I am just waking up… my head banging like a drum, I want to make breakfast for my baby and me now.

I’m going back to the kitchen, yes na….I was cooking. 

Immediately she turned to get back to the kitchen, she saw Jerry standing behind her with his mouth wide open.

She froze and the phone fell from her left hand.

WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU SAYING, MOM? Are my dreaming or something? What? Hmmm, what kind of a mother are you???… Jerry yelled”

I’m sorry son, is not like that…Dora pleaded.

Jerry took the car keys and stomped off the door. 

Dora ran after him crying and begging.

Don’t you dare come close to me Mom, or else I will do something you and I will forever regret.

Get out of my face…

Dora ran back inside, closed the door, and fell on the floor crying.

What have I done? My son, my baby… Jerry, I’m sorry, I am so stupid. 

She saw smoke coming out of the kitchen”, suddenly she remembered something was on fire.

oh my gosh…I forgot I had something on fire…

Dora ran and switched off the gas, went back to the sitting room, and picked up her phone from the floor.

She dialed Ada back immediately and sat on the couch shaking her head and legs.

Ada…Ada o

It was Jerry o

He heard all our conversations, my son has left the house and I don’t know where he’s going.

I’m afraid Ada….yes

This is not time to blame me na Ada...

Yes….please come immediately, oh my gosh. I am finished o.

Jerry, my baby. Please forgive Mommy. Ahhh
